Job Description

Position: Back Office Manager and Executive Assistant (EA)

Experience: Minimum 5 Years

Location: Noida Sec 02


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups on behalf of management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and timely deliverables.
  • Track tasks, projects, and deadlines to ensure seamless execution.
  • Assist in decision-making by gathering and analyzing information.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure with professionalism.
