Job Description:

Join Pitney Bowes as Back-Office Support

Years of experience: 5– 6 years

Job Location – Noida

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update trackers in Excel/Google Sheets (support tickets, follow-ups, tasks, vendors, payments, etc.)

  • Create and manage daily/weekly dashboards: pending items, status, ageing, SLA, response/resolution time

  • Use formulas for data cleaning and automation (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/COUNTIF, TEXT, DATE functions, FILTER, SORT)

  • Create Pivot Tables / Pivot Charts for summaries and reporting

  • Prepare monthly executive reports with insights and key metrics

  • Ensure data accuracy, version control, and structured formatting of sheets

  • Import/export data from tools (CRM/ticketing/WhatsApp logs) into Excel and generate summaries

Communication & Documentation

  • Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical teams

  • Maintaining support documentation, runbooks, and SOPs
