👨🍳 Bakery CDP (Chef de Partie – Bakery)Company: The Black Coffee Cafe
Location: Noida / Greater Noida (NCR)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month (as per experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Rotational
- 🔧 Job Responsibilities:Handle complete bakery section independently
- Prepare breads, brownies, cookies, tea cakes, cheesecakes & desserts
- Follow standardized recipes & portion control
- Ensure quality, taste & presentation standards
- Maintain bakery equipment & tools
- Follow food safety, hygiene & FSSAI norms
- Control bakery stock, raw materials & wastage
- Train and guide commis/helper staff
- Coordinate with kitchen & service team
- 🎯 Requirements:2–5 years experience as Bakery CDP / Bakery Chef
- Knowledge of commercial baking & café bakery setup
- Understanding of temperature control & baking techniques
- Ability to manage production planning
- Team handling skills
- 🍰 Preferred Skills:Artisan bread & dough handling
- Eggless baking knowledge (preferred)
- Basic costing & yield control
- Creativity in bakery presentation
