🌟 Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Bath Mat Designer to develop innovative, functional, and stylish bath mat products that enhance the bathroom experience. The ideal candidate understands materials, trends, ergonomics, and consumer needs—especially in home textiles.

🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Development

• Conceptualize and sketch original bath mat designs (patterns, textures, shapes).
• Create digital design files using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, etc.
• Select materials (fabric, rubber, memory foam, anti-slip backing) based on performance, sustainability, and cost.

Product Development

• Collaborate with product development teams, sample makers, and manufacturers.
• Produce prototypes and iterate designs based on feedback and testing.
• Ensure designs meet safety, usability, and quality standards.

Trend Research & Innovation

• Monitor market trends in home textiles, bathroom accessories, and interior décor.
• Propose fresh ideas that balance aesthetics with practicality (e.g., absorbency, quick-dry, anti-slip features).
• Stay updated on sustainable and eco-friendly material options.

Documentation & Communication

• Prepare technical packs with specifications, dimensions, material details.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to internal teams and external vendors.
• Participate in design reviews and adjust designs based on feedback.
• 📋 Required QualificationsDiploma/Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
• 1–4+ years of design experience (home textiles preferred).
