Roles and Responsibilities:

1-3 years of experience.

·        Extensive experience in US IT Recruitments/ Bench Sales Recruitment.

·        Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

·        Sound knowledge of IT concepts and the latest trends.

·        Excellent knowledge of Internet-based recruiting tools (i.e., Monster, DICE, Hot Jobs, and CB, etc.).

·        Performing all activities of the recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, mapping.

·        Assist in the end-to-end recruitment and selection process including posting jobs, sourcing.

·        Proficient in recruiting techniques like Cold Calling, Social networking, and Internet Tools.

·        Making job postings on the Job Portals.

·        Should worked on W2, 1099, C2C requirements.

·        Maintaining Databases daily.

·        Achieving Daily Submission Targets and maintaining good submission to Interview/Placement ratio.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Recruited and Hired candidates in State and Out-Of-State for Contract, Contract-to-Hire and

·         Permanent Placements for all IT positions for multiple Client companies Desired Candidate profile:

·        Should have experience as US IT recruiter/ Bench Sales Recruiter

·        Possess good interpersonal, interviewing, negotiation Skills.

·        Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.

·        Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.

·        Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.

·        Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:00PM/6:30PM to 3:30AM/4:00AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).
