Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.

• Hiring people who are on Bench and helping then in getting Job.

• Understand IT requirements of clients as well as IT resource needs and deliver qualified consultants

• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-up related information

• Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.

• Ensure the target is met in terms of required submittals on a daily basis as well as required number of placements.

Work Hours: Night Shift (IST)-6:30PM/7:30PM to 3:30AM/4:30AM, 5 days/week (Mon to Fri).

Work Location: Noida sec 63
