Summary: As a BI Engineer, you will develop, migrate, deploy, and maintain data-driven insights and knowledge engine interfaces that drive adoption and decision making. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the integration of security and data privacy protection while delivering impactful business intelligence solutions. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of data initiatives within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing. - Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure alignment with project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI), Microsoft SQL Server, Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. - Experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. - Familiarity with data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data integrity. - Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
