Bid Executive

Good knowledge of online bidding bidding plate-forms like GEM,IREPS,E procurement and other Infrastructure Procurement plate forms .

A Bid Executive supports the bid/tendering process by preparing, coordinating, and submitting proposals in response to RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, track, and analyze tender/bid opportunities
• Assist in preparing bid documents, EMDs, and compliance checklists
• Coordinate with technical, finance, and legal teams for inputs
• Ensure bids meet client and regulatory requirements
• Maintain bid records, deadlines, and documentation
• Support post-submission follow-ups and clarifications
• Knowledge of GEM and IREPS

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of tendering/bidding processes
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and deadline management
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and online portals (GeM, e-procurement)
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Typical Background:

• Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (Engineering/Management preferred)
• 2-3 years experience in bidding, procurement, or admin support
