Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and responsible individuals to join Rapido as Bike Taxi Riders. As a Rapido Rider, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping passengers safely and on time using your personal two-wheeler. This is a flexible job that allows you to earn on your own schedule.

• Key Responsibilities:Pick up and drop off customers safely to their destinations.
• Accept and complete ride requests through the Rapido Captain app.
• Follow traffic rules and ensure customer safety at all times.
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude with customers.
• Ensure your vehicle is in good condition and clean.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure high ratings.
• Eligibility Criteria:Must be at least 18 years old.
• Own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) with valid registration (RC).
• Valid Driving License (DL).
• Valid insurance and pollution certificate (PUC) for the bike.
• PAN card and Aadhar card for KYC.
• An Android smartphone with GPS and internet access.
• Skills Required:Basic understanding of using mobile apps.
• Good knowledge of city roads and traffic routes.
• Punctuality and time management.
• Good communication skills (basic Hindi/English/Local Language).
