Billing Engineer

Responsible for preparing, verifying, and managing bills related to HVAC projects. Their role bridges Technical knowledge of HVAC systems with commercial and financial skills, ensuring accurate billing, cost control, and compliance with contractual terms.

• Billing & Documentation
• Prepare client invoices (RA bills, final bills, variation claims).
• Verify contractor/vendor bills against BOQ (Bill of Quantities), drawings, and site work.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, rates, and specifications.
• Cost Control & Verification
• Cross-check material consumption and labor costs with project records.
• Identify discrepancies and resolve billing disputes promptly.
• Coordination
• Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and finance teams.
• Maintain accurate records for audits and client reporting.
• Compliance
• Ensure billing aligns with HVAC standards, safety codes, and contractual obligations.
• Support tendering and estimation processes when required.
