JOB DESCRIPTION-

A Call Center BPO Executive, or Business Process Outsourcing Executive, primarily handles customer interactions through various communication channels like phone, email, or chat, providing support and solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


* Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats to address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests. 

* Identifying customer needs, researching issues, and providing accurate information, solutions, or alternatives. 

* Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. 

* Assisting in training new team members and providing support to colleagues as needed. 

  Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
