Job Position: BPO Telecaller

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented BPO Telecallers to promote and sell products or services by contacting potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make proactive outbound calls to prospective customers
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
• Clearly explain product features, benefits, and pricing
• Successfully close sales and achieve or exceed assigned targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the interaction
• Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM
