Branch Coordinator – Petals Pre SchoolRole OverviewThe Branch Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the preschool branch, ensuring smooth functioning, high-quality academic delivery, and excellent parent engagement. This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership, and a passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

• 📋 Manage day-to-day branch operations, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
• 👩‍🏫 Supervise teachers and support staff to maintain academic and administrative standards.
• 🧸 Ensure implementation of Petals Pre School curriculum and child-centric practices.
• 🤝 Act as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing queries and concerns.
• 📈 Monitor admissions, student records, and branch performance targets.
• 🎯 Organize events, workshops, and activities to enhance parent and child engagement.

✅ Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

• Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree (preferably in Education/Management).
• Prior experience in preschool/education management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and lead a team effectively.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
