Branch Manager

A Branch Manager oversees all daily operations of a physical branch. focusing on leadership, sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability, by managing staff (hiring, training, performance), setting/achieving goals, controlling budgets, ensuring compliance, and building community relationships to drive growth

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management: Direct daily activities, ensure efficient service, and maintain branch standards. 
2. Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate branch employees, fostering a high-performing team. 
3. Sales & Growth : Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, attract new customers, and retain existing ones. 
4. Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance (revenue, costs), and ensure profitability. 
5. Customer Relations: Build strong client relationships and resolve escalated customer issues. 
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
