Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Channel Management: Develop, onboard, and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and builders to build a strong pipeline.
  • Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) are met.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and monitor the daily logins and productivity of the Direct Sales Team (DST).
  • Sales Process Management: End-to-end management of the loan process, including lead generation, login, verification, and disbursement.
  • Portfolio Quality: Ensure quality sourcing to minimize early delinquency and rejections.
  • Field Work & Customer Service: Active field engagement, customer meetings, and managing TAT (Turn Around Time) for customer queries.
  • Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policy guidelines
