Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Channel Management: Develop, onboard, and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and builders to build a strong pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) are met.
- Team Leadership: Lead and monitor the daily logins and productivity of the Direct Sales Team (DST).
- Sales Process Management: End-to-end management of the loan process, including lead generation, login, verification, and disbursement.
- Portfolio Quality: Ensure quality sourcing to minimize early delinquency and rejections.
- Field Work & Customer Service: Active field engagement, customer meetings, and managing TAT (Turn Around Time) for customer queries.
- Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policy guidelines
