We are hiring motivated and target-oriented Business Development Analysts for our UAE Real Estate division. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience who are interested in sales, client interaction, and business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities in the UAE real estate market

• Support sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Work with the marketing team to generate and convert leads

• Make outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers

• Explain company products and services clearly to clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Negotiate with clients and close sales deals

• Maintain and update customer data and sales records

• Prepare and submit daily sales activity reports

• Share ideas to improve sales performance and processes

Educational Qualifications

• Preferred: Master’s Degree (MBA or relevant field)

Experience Required

• Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development

• Good verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Ability to handle customer objections and close sales

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)

• Customer-focused approach

• Confident and professional phone etiquette

• Good time management and multitasking skills
