What would you do? Drive follow-ups from G5, MRL, and KBD reviews to closure Track and validate all deliverables as per GRAMS / ASR requirements Act as the coordination point between Airbus, suppliers, and internal teams Identify risks early during ramp-up and put mitigation plans in place Ensure all non-conformities, concessions, and deviations are treated and eradicated before maturity gates Supply Chain involves managing the flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. This role includes planning and coordinating production, transportation, and inventory management. It also involves ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality control. The goal is to optimize the entire supply chain process to meet customer demands and improve organizational efficiency. The flow of tasks involved in the supply chain, such as order fulfilment, procurement, warehousing and transporting.
What are we looking for? Ownership of end-to-end transfer activities, not just tracking Working in a cross-functional and cross-cultural environment Exposure to industrial maturity gates like MRL 8 and MRL 9 A role where process discipline, quality mindset, and execution rigor actually matter Manufacturing readiness and industrialization planning Reading and interpreting 2D drawings, BOMs, and work orders Risk identification using KBD assessments Quality tools like 8D, 5-Why, and structured root cause analysis SAP for tracking material, supplier, and production-related data Clear reporting and stakeholder communication to support decision-makin
Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinating and following up actions from G5 and maturity reviews Managing and validating deliverables as per GRAMS / ASR Planning and securing development and industrialization milestones Conducting and supporting weekly drumbeat reviews with suppliers Organizing and participating in Pre-MRL 8 and MRL 9 reviews Tracking and closing POMDT actions Ensuring process and product qualification at the new site Managing non-conformities, concessions, and eradication plans Monitoring ramp-up performance and managing deviations Performing KBD assessments and tracking associated action plans Capturing lessons learned and feeding improvements back into methodology Publishing reports and analysis to support Airbus and supplier decision-making
