What would you do? Manage and maintain aircraft configuration and component records to ensure spares availability and compliance. Ensure SB/AD incorporation tracking and validate compliance status. Support smooth fleet operations by ensuring correct configuration data is available for maintenance and logistics decisions.
What are we looking for? Someone with strong aircraft maintenance/configuration exposure (even 1–2 years is fine if hands-on). Ability to work with technical manuals and aircraft documentation (IPC, CMM, ARC, logbooks). Someone comfortable coordinating with OEMs and internal stakeholders to close missing data gaps. A person with high attention to detail, since wrong configuration data directly impacts fleet operations. Aviation tools/systems like AMOS, TRAX, CAMP (or similar maintenance data systems). Understanding of ATA chapters and aircraft system breakdowns. Knowledge of EASA/FAA/DGCA continuing airworthiness requirements (Part 145 exposure is a plus). Strong reporting and data handling skills using Excel/MS Office/Google Workspace.
Roles and Responsibilities: Review and validate SB/AD compliance incorporation. Analyze and extract technical information from AirnavX, IPC, CMM, ARC, aircraft logbooks/manuals. Coordinate with OEMs/manufacturers for updates and spare-related data. Maintain accurate aircraft configuration/spares records for compliance and decision-making. Work with IT and client teams to ensure system integration and data synchronization. Participate in technical analysis, peer reviews, and audits to meet deadlines and quality standards.
