Summary: As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation. Your typical day will involve providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. You will work closely with clients to help them adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape, ensuring they can outlearn and outperform their rivals through effective strategies and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote business agility principles. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in change management and organizational development. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform decision-making. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
