Business Analyst - RPA
Ideal attributes : - Strong communication skills, written and verbal - Experience with process mapping, requirements documentation, and status reporting - Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data - Prior RPA exposure Key Responsibilities : Design - Review PDD and Business Case with the RPA team - Review SIPOC documentation with the RPA team - Review RPA Teams User Stories and sprint alignment - Help define MVPs / Phases for the bot in coordination with the RPA team and Onshore BA team Development - Participate in Sprint Planning sessions and huddles - Take part in Sprint Working build reviews / Demos - Attend Daily RPA Stand-up meetings - Field any ad-hoc development and design questions from RPA team - Review RPA solution with Onshore BA team to ensure the solution meets business requirements - Release Hypercare Support - Hypercare Daily check-ins with RPA development pod - Monitor bots transaction volume and usage / utilization Production Control - Monitor bots in Production, reporting on bot health - Alert Onshore BA and RPA team to bot productivity issues - Assist RPA team on production triage of issuesRequirements
- 2+ Experience in RPA
- Good Communication Skills.
