Summary: As a Business Architect, you will identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative technology-enabled solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals. You will also support transformation initiatives by developing comprehensive business cases and guiding the implementation of key projects, ensuring that the solutions provided effectively address the challenges faced by the business. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes and solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis. - Experience with change management methodologies and practices. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
