Job Description

We are hiring a Business Automation & Operations Specialist to manage backend systems, automation workflows, dashboards, and day-to-day digital operations for our online programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage automation workflows (onboarding, notifications, dashboards)
• Handle backend operations for online programs and batches
• Manage LMS access, dashboards, and WhatsApp/Facebook groups
• Maintain accurate data in Google Sheets and reports
• Track payments and reconcile data via payment gateways
• Coordinate between tools, platforms, and internal teams
• Monitor systems and suggest process improvements
• Maintain documentation and operational updates
