Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate at UrbanHaven, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers. You will understand their needs, educate them about our offerings, and help them take the first step toward designing their dream home.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to understand their requirements
• Clearly explain UrbanHaven’s offerings and services to customers
• Set up consultations or meetings with the design team
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
• Work closely with marketing and design teams to convert leads into clients
• Maintain CRM and ensure data is updated and organized
• Share insights from conversations to help improve processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic, persuasive, and confident while speaking with customers
• A go-getter attitude with strong follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Basic knowledge of interior design or real estate is a plus (not mandatory)
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Email
