About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Associate to join our team. The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
  • Participate in client meetings, prepare proposals, and deliver presentations.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience (0–2 years for associate level) in sales, business development, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
