As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and help drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.



Job Overview



As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities for our digital marketing services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for relationship-building and sales.



Key Responsibilities



  • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations with prospective clients
  • Pitch digital marketing services tailored to client needs, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and web development
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in the CRM
  • Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to develop proposals and service packages
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Attend conferences, networking events, and webinars to build relationships and brand awareness




Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or a related industry)
  • Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team




Preferred Qualifications



  • Prior agency or B2B experience
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, or lead generation tools
  • Familiarity with proposal tools or platforms
