As we expand, we’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Associate to join our team and help drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.
Job Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities for our digital marketing services. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, excellent communication skills, and a passion for relationship-building and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings or presentations with prospective clients
- Pitch digital marketing services tailored to client needs, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and web development
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in the CRM
- Collaborate with the marketing and strategy teams to develop proposals and service packages
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
- Attend conferences, networking events, and webinars to build relationships and brand awareness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in digital marketing or a related industry)
- Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior agency or B2B experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, or lead generation tools
- Familiarity with proposal tools or platforms
