Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate professional to manage property sales, leasing, and client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth property transactions while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new real estate opportunities
• Handle property sales, leasing, and rental transactions
• Conduct site visits and property inspections with clients
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and closing terms
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Prepare and manage documentation including agreements, contracts, and legal paperwork
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for deal closure
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in real estate sales or leasing (preferred)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of local real estate market and regulations
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
