■ Job Title: Business Development Associate (BDA) ■ About the Role ICGC is hiring Business Development Associates (BDA) to strengthen its national outreach and client acquisition initiatives for the upcoming India Climate Conclave 2025 (ICC) — a flagship event under the NetZero Horizon initiative. This is a full-time, high-performance role for individuals who are confident in client communication, driven by targets, and passionate about building corporate partnerships and business growth. ■ Key Responsibilities • Reach out to prospective business owners, corporate clients, and organizations for participation and partnership opportunities in ICC 2025. • Conduct structured outreach through calls, emails, and meetings to generate and close business leads. • Present ICC 2025 offerings professionally and convert prospects into confirmed clients or sponsors. • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Maintain accurate client and outreach records in CRM systems. • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align outreach activities with overall project goals. ■ Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (MBA or business background preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in event, corporate, or service sectors). • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi. • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented with strong closing ability. • Comfortable handling outbound calls and meeting structured performance targets. ■ Compensation & Benefits Salary: ■20,000 – ■35,000 per month + Performance-based Incentives Training: 1-month onboarding program (targets must be cleared during this period) Type: Full-time (based at ICGC, Noida) ■ Walk-in Interview Details Date: Monday, 3rd November 2025 Time: 10:00 AM onwards Venue: ICGC Secretariat – 205, 2nd Floor, D-84, VDS, Vyapar Marg, Sector 2, Noida, 201301 ■ Contact & Application Please forward your updated resume via WhatsApp at +91 92205 79429 or email at indiancompaniesgrowthclub@gmail.com. ■ About ICGC ICGC, powered by Conlang International, is a national ecosystem enabler providing business incorporation, compliance, and development solutions to enterprises across India.
