Business Development Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to handle property-related leads, communicate with clients, and convert prospects into successful deals. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to explain property details clearly over calls.

Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients regarding property deals

Handle inbound inquiries related to property purchase/sale

Explain property details, pricing, location, and benefits to clients

Generate and follow up on leads regularly

Maintain proper record of calls, leads, and client data

Coordinate with field team for site visits and property inspections

Convince and convert interested clients into confirmed deals

Handle client queries and provide accurate information

Build and maintain good relationships with clients

Skills & Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)

Confident and convincing personality

Basic knowledge of real estate/property dealing (preferred)

Ability to handle rejection and follow-ups

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, calling tools)

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in Tele Sales / Telecalling / Real Estate is a plus

Freshers with good communication can also apply

Additional Expectations:Should be comfortable with daily calling targets

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
