Job Description

We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Student Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to exceed targets in a high-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into sales, and building relationships with students preparing for CA exams.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively generate new business leads through calls and convert them into successful sales.


2. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential students.


3. Conduct 100-150 daily calls to guide students regarding CA Exam Test Series and services.


4. Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.


5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure student satisfaction and support.
