Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain details of available real estate projects.
  • Handle inbound inquiries related to properties and provide accurate information.
  • Generate leads through telecalling, follow-ups, and maintaining a strong client database.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to convert inquiries into sales.
  • Record customer information, interactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.


Requirements: 

  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented and proactive.
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate(preferred).



 Qualifications: 

  • Minimum: Graduate in Real Estate, Sales, Business or any relevant field.
  • Preferred: MBA / Postgraduate in Sales or Business.
