Job Description

  • Prospecting: Generating leads through cold calls, networking, and market research to find new customers. 
  • Customer Engagement: Building strong relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and offering suitable products or services. 
  • Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase value to customers. 
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiating terms and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets. 
  • After-Sales Support: Providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. 
  • CRM Management: Maintaining accurate client records and tracking sales progress using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 
  • Market Analysis: Staying informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. 
  • Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports to management, including sales data and forecasts. 

Required Skills

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for presenting ideas and building rapport with clients. 
  • Negotiation Skills: Persuasive abilities to overcome objections and reach mutually beneficial agreements.
