Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with entrepreneurs, companies, universities, professors, and students to promote and sell our academic and research services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend events, exhibitions, and seminars to meet potential clients, entrepreneurs, and company representatives.
  • Promote and sell the company’s services through in-person meetings, calls, emails, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
  • Visit colleges, universities, and research institutions to meet students, professors, and administrators for collaborations and service promotion.
  • Conduct field visits and client meetings as required.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Maintain and update the sales database, follow-up records, and lead conversion reports.
  • Collaborate with the internal team for service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficient in using MS Office, email, and social media for communication and lead generation.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to fieldwork.
  • Ability to travel locally and manage client meetings independently.
  • Own laptop is mandatory.
  • Two-wheeler (bike) preferred for male candidates, especially for field visits.
