Job Description:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives for our loan process. The role involves generating leads, meeting customers in the field, explaining loan products, and assisting clients with documentation and application processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field sales and customer acquisition for loan products
• Explaining loan features, eligibility, and benefits to customers
• Collecting and verifying required documents
• Maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets

Salary & Incentives:

• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Average Incentive: ₹20,000 per month

Eligibility:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to work in the field
