Job Description:

  • Generate new leads through calls, referrals, online portals, and networking.
  • Contact potential clients and understand their property requirements.
  • Promote residential and commercial properties to buyers and investors.
  • Arrange and conduct property site visits with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Follow up with interested clients to convert leads into sales.
  • Negotiate prices and terms to close property deals.
  • Maintain a database of clients and sales records in CRM.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales team, and property developers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities and client interactions.
