Business Development Executive (BDE)

Working Conditions.

Hours: Monday to Saturday, typically 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (strict timings).

Culture: High pressure due to daily/monthly Sales.

Key Responsibilities & Job Description - RE

Sales & Acquisition: Identify potential customers, generate leads through cold calling, and conduct field visits at corporate offices or retail locations.

Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, explaining product features, benefits, and special offers.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new credit card acquisitions.

Documentation: Assist customers with the documentation process and ensure accurate submission for approval.

Market Research: Understand market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass, with a preference for graduates.

Experience: 0–6 years of experience (freshers are often accepted).

Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Abilities: Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills.
