Job Description

We are hiring a multi-skilled professional who will handle business development, client relationships, and executive assistance for our international medical tourism operations.

This role requires maturity, discretion, flexibility, and readiness to travel in and out of India as per business needs.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Client Handling Manage inbound and referral leads for international treatments
  • Counsel patients and families with empathy and professionalism
  • Convert qualified leads into confirmed medical cases
  • Maintain long-term relationships with patients, hospitals, and partners
  • 2. Executive AssistanceProvide direct support to senior management in:

  • Scheduling meetings & travel plans
  • Follow-ups with hospitals, agents, and partners
  • Preparing basic reports, summaries, and coordination notes
  • Act as a reliable point of contact during business travel
  • 3. Travel & On-Ground SupportTravel within India and internationally for:

  • Hospital meetings
  • Partner coordination
  • Patient support when required
  • Represent the company professionally during visits, conferences, and hospital interactions
  • 4. Coordination & Operations Work closely with operations, telesales, and patient-care teams
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
  • Assist in documentation, scheduling, and treatment timelines
  • 5. Reporting & Follow-upsMaintain CRM and lead tracking
  • Daily reporting of:

  • Leads
  • Conversions
  • Pending follow-ups
  • Ensure no opportunity or client is left unattended
  • Work Style & AvailabilityFlexible working hours based on:

  • Experience & Education1–5 years experience in:

  • Medical tourism / healthcare coordination
  • Business development / relationship management
  • Executive assistance / client servicing
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • MBA or Healthcare Management background is a plus
