Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) responsible for generating leads, pitching services to potential clients, and converting them into business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and capable of handling multiple client interactions daily.

• Key Responsibilities:Pitch company services to 25–30 prospective clients daily via calls, messages, or emails
• Schedule and conduct 5–8 online meetings per day with interested clients
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions
• Maintain a strong follow-up process to close deals
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and prospects
• Maintain records of daily activities, leads, and conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients
• Skills & Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in sales pitching and client handling
• Basic understanding of business services / consulting (preferred)
• Ability to meet daily targets and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and online meeting platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.)
• Incentives & Growth:Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month
