Job Title: Business Development Executive / BDM

Experience - 2-4 years

Salary - 25k-38k

Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities in the digital marketing and technology space.

Generate leads via LinkedIn, email marketing, and digital campaigns.

Pitch digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content Marketing.

Understand client needs and propose customized digital strategies.

Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure repeat business.

Collaborate with the marketing and delivery teams to align business goals with execution.

Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate leads.

Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.

Nice to Have:

Experience using CRM software like HubSpot or Zoho.

Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO tools.

Existing network in the marketing or tech space.
