Role OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate leads, build client relationships, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for real estate sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new leads through calls, digital platforms, site visits, and references
• Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries professionally
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable real estate options
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
• Follow up with prospective clients to close deals
• Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and meetings
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Coordinate with sales managers and team leaders
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / Undergraduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
• Fresher & experienced candidates both can apply
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused approach
• Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an advantage
