Job Description:Landmarks Realty Private Limited is urgently hiring Tele Sales Executives for our Real Estate division. The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining property details, and closing sales over the phone.

• Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound sales calls to prospective real estate clients
• Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries
• Explain property details, pricing, payment plans, and offers
• Generate leads and close sales over the phone
• Schedule site visits for interested customers
• Follow up with potential clients to convert leads
• Maintain customer records in CRM
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Eligibility Criteria:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)
• Experience in real estate telesales is preferred (Freshers can apply)
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
