Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive company growth. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Present, promote, and sell company products/services to prospective customers
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Willingness to travel (if field sales role)
  • Preferred Skills:Experience in B2B/B2C sales
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
  • Good understanding of market trends
