Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential students and clients, explaining our courses and services.
• Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and rapport building.
• Maintain a database of leads and track progress using our CRM software.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries and concerns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proven experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle objections.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
