Job Title: Business Development Executive

Department: Marketing & Sales

Reports to: Management

Location: Delhi NCR

Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our retail team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

1. Achieve sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

4. Monitor sales performance and provide feedback to the management team.

Marketing:

1. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

2. Manage social media platforms to engage customers and increase brand awareness.

3. Create promotional materials (e.g., flyers, posters).

4. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.

Customer Service:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

3. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.

Administrative:

1. Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

2. Participate in sales meetings.

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail.

2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

3. Proven sales and marketing skills.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Desirable Skills:

1. Knowledge of graphic design on Canva and content creation.

2. Familiarity with social media analytics tools & social media marketing on (Instagram & Facebook).
