Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for onboarding new auto drivers on the Rapido platform. The candidate will work in the field, approach auto drivers, explain the benefits of the platform, and assist them in completing the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach auto drivers in assigned areas.
• Explain Rapido platform benefits and earning opportunities to drivers.
• Help drivers complete the onboarding process on the Rapido app.
• Ensure proper document collection and verification during onboarding.
• Maintain daily records of drivers onboarded and field visits.
• Achieve daily/weekly onboarding targets assigned by the company.
• Build a good relationship with drivers and provide support if required.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
• Bike mandatory with valid driving license
• Basic smartphone knowledge
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in field sales / field operations
• Candidate must be comfortable traveling within the assigned city
