Business Development Executive (BDE)

The Business Development Executive will support client acquisition, relationship management, and business expansion activities. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills to identify opportunities, convert leads, and maintain strong client engagement.

You will play a critical role in achieving business targets and building Aleph INDIA’s reputation as a trusted compliance partner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibility/TaskDetailsLead GenerationIdentify and pursue potential clients through calls, emails, and networking.Client EngagementBuild relationships with prospective clients and maintain regular follow-ups.Proposal PreparationDraft and share proposals with clients in coordination with Operations/Technical teams.TargetsMeet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.Market ResearchKeep updated on regulatory developments and industry needs.CoordinationWork with Operations and Technical teams for client project alignment. 

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

· MBA/Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or related field.

· 1–3 years of business development experience (B2B preferred).

· Knowledge of Indian standards and regulatory compliance processes.

· Strong persuasion and communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
