Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to handle outbound and inbound calling for our educational programs. The role involves counseling prospective students, explaining course details, and converting leads into enrollments. Key Responsibilities  Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls from prospective Candidates. Explain educational courses, programs, fees, and admission process clearly  Understand Candidates needs and recommend suitable courses.  Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.  Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM  Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and enrolment targets  Address queries and resolve basic concerns related to courses and admissions  Coordinate with the academic and operations team when required  Build and maintain strong relationships with Candidates.
