Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Industry: E-commerce & Logistics (Similar to Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on experience + incentives)

Location: Noida

Experience: 1–4 years (preferred in E-commerce, Logistics, Courier, Last-mile delivery, B2C Sales)

Role Overview


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, expanding business partnerships, driving revenue growth, and promoting logistics & e-commerce fulfilment services. The role requires strong communication skills, relationship management, and an understanding of e-commerce operations.


Key Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation


Identify and target potential sellers, MSMEs, D2C brands, warehouses, and merchants.


Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, online networking, and referrals.


Pitch logistics services such as last-mile delivery, same-day delivery, fulfilment, and warehousing.


2. Business Growth & Revenue Development


Convert leads into business clients and onboard sellers onto the company’s platform.


Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to meet revenue targets.


Achieve monthly sales and onboarding goals.


3. Client Relationship Management


Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.


Handle client queries, escalations, and support them with operational requirements.


Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction.


4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis


Track market trends in e-commerce, courier, and logistics sectors.


Monitor competitors like Amazon Shipping, Flipkart Logistics, Delhivery, Shadowfax, etc.


Identify new business opportunities and service gaps.


5. Coordination & Reporting


Collaborate with operations, delivery, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports, sales updates, and forecasting.


Present sales performance and target achievement to management.


Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication & negotiation skills


Knowledge of e-commerce operations and logistics processes


Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment


Customer handling & relationship management


Basic MS Excel / CRM tools knowledge


Preferred Qualifications


Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field
