Job Description

About the Role:


Startup360.com is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive to support our growth by identifying and generating potential leads. This role is purely focused on lead generation and initial outreach, with no sales targets or closing responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:


Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media


Generate quality leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels


Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems


Initiate first-level communication with prospects (calls/messages/emails)


Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team


Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies


Track and report daily/weekly lead generation activities


Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)


Strong communication and interpersonal skills


Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools


Self-motivated with a willingness to learn


Ability to research and analyze data effectively
