Job Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to manage our Indiamart portal, handle customer inquiries, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Excel, and have a strong understanding of sales and customer service principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update Indiamart portal, ensuring accuracy and completeness of product listings

- Handle customer inquiries, respond to queries, and resolve issues in a timely manner

- Generate leads, convert walk-in customers, and manage existing client relationships to drive sales growth

- Manage sales pipeline, track payments, and follow up on outstanding payments

- Prepare reports and analysis using MS Excel, and provide insights to management

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer skills

- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Indiamart portal or similar e-commerce platforms

- Knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
