Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive responsible for handling incoming leads, scheduling virtual interviews, and maintaining accurate records in the FMS sheet.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming leads through calls, messages, or other communication channels.
2. Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews with interested candidates or clients.
3. Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to ensure proper engagement and conversion.
4. Maintain and update lead details in the FMS sheet on a regular basis.
5. Add proper remarks and status updates for each lead in the FMS sheet.
6. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth interview scheduling.
7. Maintain clear communication with candidates regarding interview timing and requirements.
8. Ensure all lead data is accurate and properly documented.
